Prayer Points:

1. Thank God for the gift of salvation through Jesus' death and resurrection.

2. Ask for a burning heart like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, to be receptive to God's Word and presence.

3. Pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to break every chain and bondage in your life.

4. Seek God's guidance and direction in your journey, just as the disciples did when they were unsure about the future.

5. Pray for a deeper understanding of the Scriptures and a revelation of Jesus' love and grace.

6. Ask God to empower you to be a bold witness of His resurrection to those around you.

7. Pray for strength and endurance to face trials and challenges, knowing that Christ has overcome the world.

The True Power of Love

All humans want to see is the finished work, the end result. Nobody wants to go through the process of attaining power, but everyone wants power. But I say to you today, power is not only to control; power is to love. Jesus showed us his power of Love by his sacrificial love displayed on the cross. How many of us can actually, in all our present day glory and achievements, use our power to really transform lives and destinies?

The true power of love is not in words; it's in action. For God so loved the world that he gave, God didn't just speak the word, but he took action. Our love needs to be planted deeply in Christ so it can die, resurrect, and begin to bear fruits that will touch lives. If your love is not dead in Christ, the enemy can steal it or seal your heart so you can no longer produce love but rather burn in offences and fury.

Jesus going to the cross is a message for everyone. How far are you willing to go for your destiny? How far are you willing to change the narrative of your life and those around you with the love of Christ?

Let us walk in the power of the resurrection, knowing that through Christ, we are more than conquerors. May we be transformed by His love, fueled by the Word of God, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to impact the world around us.
