APOSTLE EMMANUEL NICHOLAS
Jul 6, 2023
Memory Verse:
Psalm 78: 14 - 18
14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
Inspirations:
"Wisdom is not just knowledge; it is the application of knowledge with discernment."
Prophetic word:
In the fear of the Lord, you will find true wisdom. Embrace a reverent awe of God and allow His wisdom to shape your decisions and actions.
Prayer Points:
1. Heavenly Father, grant me the desire and passion to seek wisdom with all my heart.
2. Help me to prioritize understanding and insight in all areas of my life.
3. Lord, I pray for a deep reverence for You. May the fear of the Lord be the
foundation of my wisdom and decision-making process.
4. Holy Spirit, lead me into all truth and teach me the ways of wisdom. Help me to apply the knowledge I gain in a way that brings honor and glory to You.
The Path of Wisdom
If you must become a successful believer, you must go through the path of wisdom, for in these end times, wisdom is paramount. Matthew 10:16 says, Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves; most believers mostly yield to being harmless like a dove and tend to ignore the part where it says to be wise like a serpent. Wisdom is a timeless quality that comes from God.
Wisdom cries out in the streets, calling us to listen and seek her diligently. By embracing wisdom, we gain understanding, discernment, and knowledge to navigate life's challenges.
The fear of the Lord is the starting point of wisdom. It involves recognizing God's authority, submitting to His ways, and living in awe of His greatness. It is the key to unlocking true understanding.
Folly also calls out in the streets. But her invitation leads to destruction and death.
Wisdom is not an easy thing; you can't pick it up at the store; you need to pursue it with all your heart. It requires effort, study, and a hunger for understanding. As we seek wisdom, we draw closer to God and align ourselves with His purposes. By fearing the Lord, we cultivate reverence, humility, and obedience. It is through this fear that we gain insight, discernment, and the ability to make godly decisions.
