APOSTLE EMMANUEL NICHOLAS
Jul 15, 2023
Memory Verse:
Luke 19:9-10
9 Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
Inspirations:
Success is not measured by what you accumulate, but by whom you impact.
Prophetic word:
"I am raising up a generation of bold and courageous believers who will not be silent but will proclaim My truth with conviction and love. They will carry the light of the gospel into dark places and see transformation in lives and communities. I am equipping them with supernatural power and authority to demolish strongholds and break chains of bondage. Rise up, for I have chosen you to be a vessel of My grace and love. Step out in faith, and watch as I perform wonders through you."
Prayer Points:
1. Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to seek and save the lost. Help me to have a heart of compassion for those who are lost and to share the good news of salvation with them.
2. Lord Jesus, open my eyes to see opportunities to reach out to those who are lost in my community and beyond. Give me boldness and wisdom to share Your love and truth with them.
3. Holy Spirit, empower me to be a faithful steward of the resources You have entrusted to me. Help me to use them wisely and generously for the advancement of Your kingdom.
4. Father, teach me to be humble and obedient like Jesus, who willingly submitted Himself to Your will even unto death. Help me to follow His example and surrender my life fully to You.
5. Lord, grant me a heart of integrity and purity. Help me to live a life that brings honor and glory to Your name, both in public and in private.
Emulating Jesus
As believers, we are called to emulate Jesus' example. We should have deep compassion for the lost and be actively engaged in sharing the good news of salvation with them. Just as Jesus saw beyond Zacchaeus' exterior and recognized his need for redemption, we too must look beyond people's circumstances and see their spiritual condition.
Furthermore, Jesus teaches about faithful stewardship and obedience to God. He tells the parable of the ten minas, emphasizing the responsibility entrusted to us as His followers. We are called to use our resources wisely and invest them for His kingdom, rather than hoarding them selfishly.
In our lives, we must exhibit humility, integrity, and purity, just as Jesus did. We are to submit ourselves to God's will, living a life that brings honor and glory to His name. Through our obedience and surrender, we become vessels for His work in the world.
Let us be inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus in Luke 19–20. May we have a heart for the lost, faithfully steward our resources, and live a life of humility and obedience. As we do so, we will see the kingdom of God advance and lives transformed by His saving grace.
