Judges 16:28
"Then Samson called to the Lord and said, 'O Lord God, please remember me and please strengthen me only this once, O God, that I may be avenged on the Philistines for my two eyes.'"
Inspirations:
"Strength is not found in our might but in surrendering our weaknesses to the Almighty."
Prophetic word:
"May the Lord remember you in your moments of need and grant you the strength to overcome every challenge. Your weaknesses will become avenues for God's strength and redemption."
Prayer Points:
1. Pray for the strength to overcome personal weaknesses.
2. Seek God's remembrance and intervention in areas where you need deliverance.
3. Ask for divine empowerment to avenge every form of spiritual Philistine in your life.
4. Seek God's guidance to use your resources and influence to bless others and advance His kingdom, being mindful of the stewardship He has entrusted to you.
5. Pray for the humility to recognize our own need for repentance and the ability to extend forgiveness and grace to others.
God's strength
The strength of God is available for those that call upon his name. In Judges 16:28, Samson's prayer unveils a profound truth: true strength is not found in self-sufficiency but in surrendering to God. Despite his past mistakes, Samson humbly turns to God for strength one last time.
Samson's humility is evident as he acknowledges his need for God's strength. We, too, must recognize our dependence on God, especially in moments of weakness.
When we surrender to God, our weaknesses become opportunities for Him to display His mighty power. His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses.
Samson's life is a testament to the transformative power of God. As we humbly seek His intervention, God turns our weaknesses into avenues for His glory.
