This website was created by God’s Best Ministries, Inc; the authors are Rick and Leslie Francis.  After earning bachelor’s degrees, both received Master of Divinity degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1978. Later that year, they were both ordained into the Christian ministry.  They have served churches in Ohio, Illinois and California.

Currently, they live in Bakersfield, CA and have started God’s Best Ministries “to help people know the love of God and improve their lives through utilization of various Christian resources and to support the spread of the Gospel and an awareness of God’s love…”

Rick and Leslie know they are called to share this website on the resources of prayer because, “as we have studied and practiced prayer, we realize the depth and complexity of effective prayer.  We have made many mistakes in prayer and have been shown how to go deeper, connecting into the presence of God and fighting the good fight of faith in prayer, using God’s Word, the name of Jesus and an awareness of the devil’s work in the world.  Our goal is to help people connect with God at a deep level and to be able to hear and understand God every time they pray.”
